I come from Madagascar, a very poor country that has fueled my passion for creating solutions. As a developer, I have created a Flutter app to assist performers, which is available for free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Does this make us richer? Well, that's a topic for another subject.
However, I know that without some marketing push, all the effort I put into it might be for nothing if no one knows about it. That's why I have high hopes with Twitter, which is currently the most open platform.

The truth is, I have checked my account and there is indeed this false claim:

They did respond, which I guess is a huge effort for them. However, the truth is that they have never actually assisted or supported me in any way. It seems like they are just trying to justify their decision and exclude me from the equation.
Conclusion
In conclusion, if you are planning to launch an ad campaign on Twitter, make sure to check their eligibility requirements beforehand. Although Twitter's advertising platform may seem like a promising way to promote your product or app, it's better to be prepared and avoid disappointment.
Hope this helps someone who might be in the same boat as me!
